ProCredit Bank is opening a Contact Centre

Dear Clients,

In order to further improve the quality of the services we offer, ProCredit Bank is happy to announce that it will be opening a Contact Centre in the near future.

 

As of May, clients will be able obtain any information they need by simply dialling one number:

There is no longer any need to look up any other number or to visit your local branch/agency. It’s that easy!

The call centre is available to answer your questions Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. All calls made from landlines are free of charge.

As some of the information you require might be of a confidential nature, we will ask you to answer a secret question. If you have not yet selected a secret question and answer, please visit any ProCredit location and fill in a request for your own “secret question and answer”.
