This financing program is launched with the support of the European Union and the EBRD, through the EU4Business initiative, to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Republic of Moldova in their modernization process, improvement of product quality, and alignment with European standards. The aim is to facilitate SMEs’ access to the opportunities offered by the DCFTA Agreement.
The financing program includes:
- The EBRD credit line disbursed through B.C. “ProCredit Bank” S.A.;
- Grants amounting to 10–15% of the loan value, and free technical assistance funded by EU4BUSINESS.
