E-Banking

What is E-Banking

E-Banking is an electronic system that allows legal entities customers the possibility to manage various internet banking services, without any necessity to go to the bank. The system can be accessed from any computer, anywhere in the world. All you need is a floppy disk /disk / USB flash drive with digital signature keys and distributed access granted to persons holding signing authority (the first and the second signature) which allows them to approve a payment document without being physically present at the bank.

E-Banking allows you to:

  • Manage national payments:
    • Transfers between accounts of one and the same client of ProCredit Bank
    • Payments on accounts of ProCredit Bank clients
    • Payments on accounts, opened with other banks in the RM
    • Complete budget payments – payments on accounts of State Treasury
  • Complete international payments;
  • Complete exchange operations – purchase / sale of foreign currency;
  • View and print statements of account;
  • View and print information about account balance and completed payments;
  • Upload/Download of files from accounting system – transfer of information subject to submission to the bank via electronic means.=

Technical requirements for connection:

  • Operating system – Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/7
  • Internet browser – Microsoft Internet Explorer with SSL 3.0 protocol support.
  • Connection to the Internet – access speed should not be lower than 56 Kbps.

To connect to the new E-banking system you need to:

  • Have a current account opened with ProCredit Bank
  • Sign an agreement on E-banking system usage

The following day you shall receive from ProCredit Bank a secured electronic device with digital signature keys in order to be able to complete operations using E-banking system. Also you will get a user manual containing detailed description of work process with E-banking.

Tarifs
Commissions related to operations completed via E-Banking system are indicated in the according current price list for legal entities.
The bank reserves the right to modify E-banking usage requirements, prices and user manual anytime, under the condition that the customers are informed beforehand.
