Vladislav Garbu – Chairperson of Management Board 

Vladislav Garbu joined ProCredit group in December 1999 on the stage of establishing of financial company ProCredit. In 2001 – 2004 he worked as Head of Risk Department, and since 2004 – 2008 he occupied the position of Сhief Financial Officer in that institution. Since 2008 till June 2010 he held position of General Manager in ProCredit company, and since July 2010 till May 2011 he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank. From May 2011 till now he is Chairman of Management Board. He graduated from Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (Faculty of Economics) in Chisinau (1995). 

   

 

Kemal Seitveliiev - Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board

Kemal Seitveliiev works in ProCredit Bank since September 03, 2008. On November 21 of the same year he was appointed Deputy General Manager. Since 2003 till 2007 he worked in ProCredit Bank Georgia as Head of IT, Cards and MIS, later as a Branch Manager, and as Arrears Management Coordinator. Since October 2007 till September 2008 he occupied the position of Head of Business Clients Department in ProCredit Bank Romania. He studied Economics and Administration in Uludag University, Turkey (1997), after that he obtained master’s degree in Sociology, Economics and Social Orientation in University of Warsaw, Poland (2001). In 2003 he graduated from Harvard University, USA. In 2011 she graduated from ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany.

 

 

Eugenia Gashikulina – Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board

Eugenia Gashikulina began her career in ProCredit Bank in October 2008 as Head of Credit Risk Department. After some time she was appointed Head of Credit Division. Since June 2011, Eugenia Gashikulina has served as Executive Director. From May 2011 till now she is Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Prior to that Eugenia Gashikulina held various positions in commercial banks of Kyrgyz Republic, mainly dealing with development of small and medium enterprises lending. She graduated from Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University in Bishkek, Faculty of Management in 2002. In 2010 she graduated from ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany. 

 

 

Natalia Osadcii – Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board

Natalia Osadcii joined ProCredit team in June 2003. She started her career as Loan Officer in ProCredit company.During two years, from February 2005, Natalia worked in ProCredit Bank Ukraine, helping to develop small business and agro sector lending. Upon her return to Moldova she occupied the position of Credit Manager. Since October 2006, Natalia served as Head of Monitoring and Support Unit. She held various managerial positions - since May 2008 she served as Head of Training and Staff Development Department, since August 2009 she was Head of Internal Services Division. From June 2010, she has served as Executive Director, and starting from May 2011 till now she Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. In 2002 she graduated from State University of Moldova. In 2008 she graduated from ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany.
