Vladislav Garbu – Chairperson of Management Board

Vladislav Garbu joined the ProCredit group in December 1999 when the ProCredit finance company was being established. From 2001 – 2004 he worked as Head of Risk Department, and between 2004 and 2008 held the position of Сhief Financial Officer. In 2008 he was appointed General Manager of ProCredit finance company, and in July 2010 became Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank. In May 2011 he took over as Chairperson of the Management Board. He graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (Faculty of Economics) in Chisinau in 1995. In 2008 he graduated from ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany. 

Eugenia Gashikulina – Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board

Eugenia Gashikulina began her career in ProCredit Bank in October 2008 as Head of Credit Risk Department. After some time she was appointed Head of Credit Division, and in May 2011 she became Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board. Prior to joining ProCredit Bank, Eugenia held various positions in commercial banks in the Kyrgyz Republic, mainly focusing on the development of lending to small and medium enterprises. She graduated from Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University in Bishkek, Faculty of Management in 2002. In 2010 she graduated from ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany.

Natalia Osadcii – Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board

Natalia Osadcii joined the ProCredit team in June 2003. She started her career as a loan officer with the ProCredit finance company. From February 2005 Natalia worked for ProCredit Bank Ukraine, helping to develop small business and agricultural lending. She returned to Moldova to take up the position of Credit Manager, and subsequently held various managerial positions, including Head of the Monitoring and Support Unit (from Oct. 2006), Head of Training and Staff Development Department (from May 2009), and Head of Internal Services Division (from Aug. 2009). In June 2010 she was appointed Executive Director, and in May 2011 was named Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board. In 2002 she graduated from State University of Moldova. In 2008 she graduated from ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany.
