ProRenovare

    ProRenovare (ProRenovation) loan is designed for private individuals, with stable regular income (salary). This loan is granted to finance investments in repairs and improvement of living conditions:

    replacement of windows and doors

    replacement and repair of heating system
    isolation of internal and external walls
    replacement of household and bath-room appliances
    purchase of construction materials
    other solutions serving for improvement of living conditions

Conditions to obtain ProRenovare (ProRenovation) loan:,

  1. resident of the Republic of Moldova;
  2. employed and work at least for six months in the same company;
  3. minimum age constitutes 20 years, maximum: for men - 62 years, for women 57 years (on loan's last repayment day);
  4. minimum monthly salary (cumulative family income) has to be equal or more than 3000 MDL;
  5. property owned registered on the client or his family members.

Documents necessary to apply for loan:

  • ID card;
  • Labor book / labor contract;
  • Salary certificate;
  • Slips of utility payments for the last month.
