We would like to inform you that ProCredit Bank does not exchange banknotes received from our ATMs into foreign currency, regardless of their denomination or year of issue.
Please note that this decision has been made to ensure more efficient management of ProCredit Bank's ATMs and to focus our resources on the basic services provided to our customers.
