E-Banking

E-Banking from ProCredit Bank helps you to manage your money efficiently without having to come to the bank every time.

 

E-Banking is an electronic system allowing clients to manage various banking operations through the Internet. e-banking can be accessed from any computer from any corner of the world. This distance banking service has multiple advantages, from saving time to managing banking operations, making free transfers between ProCredit Bank accounts and performing various transactions at lower prices. The system is highly accessible and easy to use, and of course your data and banking operations are secure.

With E-Banking you can:

  • Manage national payments:

- Transactions between your ProCredit accounts
- Payments to accounts of other ProCredit Bank clients
- Payments to accounts opened with other banks in Moldova
- Payments to accounts of the State Treasury

  • Perform international payments
  • Perform foreign currency exchange transactions – foreign currency purchase / sale
  • View and print account balances
  • View and print account statements
  • Upload/download account statements and payment orders from accounting systems and send them to the ban

In order to connect to the new E-Banking service, you have to:

  • Open a current account with ProCredit Bank
  • Sign an e-Banking service agreement 

The next day you will receive a secure electronic device and digital signature keys so that you or the persons you authorise to access your account can make payment orders without having to come to the bank. At the same time you will receive a user’s guide with instructions on installing and performing operations in the e-Banking system.

Technical requirements:

  • Operating system – Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/7  
  • Internet browser – Microsoft Internet Explorer supporting SSL 3.0 protocol
  • Internet access – speed of at least 56 Kbps
