This is a six-month training course on banking and finance.
The training course involves theoretical classroom training and practical training in ProCredit Bank’s branches and service points.
Participants may be university graduates or interested individuals with practical working experience.
 

In order to apply, you shall meet the following requirements:

• Excellent communication skills;
• Responsibility and initiative;
• Ability to work in a Team;
• Logical thinking and analytical skills;
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
• Knowledge of math, accounting (general principles) and English is an advantage;
• Readiness on long-term basis to work in different cities of Moldova.

The selected participants will have unique opportunity to study the following subjects in depth:

• Relevant banking-related subjects;
• Specific features of banking products and services;
• Practical aspects of the financial math and accounting;
• Particularities of the work with clients (getting respective skills).

In addition to subjects above, the program also focuses on communication and analytical thinking.

Upon successful completion of the six-month course, there is a strong possibility that the participants will be offered an employment contract by the bank.

General Information

Location – Chisinau (Training Centre of ProCredit Bank).
The learning process requires full-time occupation, from 9.00 till 18.00 daily, with exception of Saturday and Sunday.
The participants receive on monthly basis a net stipend in amount of 2000 MDL.
The participants from regions of Moldova during the training course will be offered accommodation in Chisinau.

Beginning with October 2010 we have organized 6 programs until now. The first 4 groups have already graduated and 49 participants have received job offers within the bank for the positions of business client advisor for very small business clients, private individuals client advisors, business client advisors for small business clients, credit analysts.

The next group will start in June 2012. Further more the program will be organized every two months.
 

Selection stages:

• Phone interview;
• One-hour math and logic test (Please, prepare yourself for the test, using test samples placed here);
• If you get the required number of points in the test (65%), you will be invited to participate in a group discussion with other candidates;
• The final stage of the selection process is individual interview.

The selection process is held in Chisinau. The candidates coming from regions of Moldova are paid back travel expenses.
