ProCredit Bank steps into autumn with a new office in Balti town

ProCredit Bank informs its customers and all people living in Balti town about changing the location of Agency no.1 of Balti Branch to a new, comfortable and well-equipped office located on one of the main streets of Balti town: 12 F. Dostoievski St., thus being easy accessible and easy to find.
Professional and well prepared team is ready to serve all business and private clients and to answer to all questions and suggestions from the customers. When designing the new office special attention was devoted to the high level of functionality and comfort offered to customers, which resulted in the implementation of a new service concept applied world-wide within ProCredit group – “one stop banking”. The new service concept is designed to facilitate direct and open communication with customers, who are served faster and more efficiently, while the customer can perform all transactions at a single cashbox, without having to be served by several specialists of the bank.
ProCredit Bank began its operations in Balti town in December 2008, and today over 4 000 customers are served in the ProCredit Bank branch and agency from Balti town. „ProCredit Bank is a socially responsible and development-oriented bank.
