Now this is possible with EcoCredit from ProCredit Bank within the MoREEFF Programme of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. With EcoCredit you can improve your living conditions, reduce energy costs by using energy-efficiency technologies, as well as retain more heat due to using energy saving materials.

Loan characteristics

• Amount: from MDL 10 000 to MDL 1 500 000

• Term: from 12 to 60 months

• Flexible approach to collateral: up to MDL 50 000 without collateral

• Grant component:

- up to 20%* of loan amount for private clients

- up to 30%* for groups of private clients or legal entitiy If the project is imlepmented for the entire building

- up to 35%* for legal entitities (condominiums or house owner associations, housing management companies, Energy service companies (ESCOs) and others maintenance and construction companies) if the agreed energy efficient project is implemented for improving internal and external structure of the building.

*The grant amount is paid within 30 days after successful verification of documents for completed project and/or on-site verification carried out by an independent consultant.

What can you do with EcoCredit from ProCredit Bank?

The grant amount constitutes 20% from the amount of the loan, but cannot exceed the maximum amount for each direction, shown in the table.
Single borrower limit for the grant 6 000 euro

* If the project is implemented for the entire building by a legal entity or by several flats together (minimum 4) the amount of the grant has no maximum limits.
** The grant is paid in lei at the rate of National Bank on the day of loan agreement signed with the bank.
