We would like to inform you that maintenance works on the ProCredit Bank infrastructure are planned for the upcoming week, which may cause temporary interruptions in the operation of certain banking services, as follows:

27 April 2026, between 00:00 and 01:00
Short interruptions may occur in SMS notification services, ATMs, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and card transactions.

Сообщаем вам, что на следующей неделе запланированы работы по техническому обслуживанию инфраструктуры ProCredit Bank, которые могут привести к временным перебоям в работе некоторых банковских сервисов, а именно:

27 апреля 2026 г., в период с 00:00 до 01:00
Возможны кратковременные перебои в работе SMS-уведомлений, банкоматов, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking и карточных транзакций.

Pot apărea scurte întreruperi în funcționarea serviciilor de notificare prin SMS, ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking și tranzacții cu cardul.

To improve the quality of provided services and their security, the maintenance works on card management platform are planned in order to upgrade the software.

Thus, for the period of 15.04.2026, between 06:00 and 06:30, it will not be possible to provide some services related to SMS delivery (3D Secure One Time Password, transaction notification, etc.).
