The governmental program "373" aims to stimulate investments in the business environment, innovation, and technology, to boost economic growth. The program is a mechanism through which the Government of the Republic of Moldova, via the Public Institution "Organization for Entrepreneurship Development" (ODA), subsidizes the interest rate difference for loans intended for business development. Thus, accessible conditions are created for the implementation of innovative projects by entrepreneurs in our country.

Benefits for your business:

► Maximum term: 7 years;

► For investment loans;

► Granting commission: 0.5% of the granted loan value;

► Interest rate for the beneficiary: 7% in MDL, 3% in USD/EUR, annually.

Eligible activities for financing:

► Agriculture, forestry, and fishing;

► Manufacturing industry;

► Production and supply of electricity and heat, gas, hot water, and air conditioning;

► Water distribution, sanitation, waste management, decontamination activities;

► Transport and storage;

► Accommodation and food service activities;

► Information and communication;

► Professional, scientific, and technical activities;

► Arts, entertainment, and recreation;

► Education;

► Health and social care.

Activities and goods not eligible for financing:

► Costs of goods and services or their share, financed under other assistance programs/projects and/or state subsidies, including own contribution;

► Any type of losses, including exchange rate losses;

► Re-lending, leasing costs, credits, including related interest and fees;

► Rental or leasing costs for spaces/offices/land;

► Current assets, materials, consumables, administrative expenses;

► Staff remuneration expenses;

► Cars intended for passenger transport;

► Land, residential or administrative real estate, in accordance with the Operational Manual;

► Expenses related to taxes, duties, contributions, fines, penalties, and other mandatory payments to the national public budget;

► Production of weapons, tobacco, or gambling activities.
