- The loan being refinanced was originally used to purchase residential property.

How the process works
- 1Submit your refinancing application to ProCredit Bank.
- 2Once the loan is approved, choose a notary from the bank’s network of partner notaries.
- 3The transaction is completed, and the new mortgage is registered with ProCredit Bank.
- 4The bank pays the eligible notary costs, state fee, and cadastral service fees directly to the service providers.
- 5You benefit from refinancing without bearing these costs.
